The Real Power is You. Always has been.

That's why I want you to choose me to represent you and then promise to help me once I am elected. We have to turn this thing around. We all have to contribute and make things better. We have to look at ourselves as part of the problem and part of the solution. If you don't think we've got problems, don't vote for me. If you don't think we can start fixing things, don't vote for me. Listen. It was never about the leaders. Nobody really cared if Martin Luther King marched on Washington DC. What policymakers cared about, the real power, was the army of 250,000 people who marched there with him. When you looked up at the Lincoln Memorial, you saw one guy. When he looked out on the crowd, he saw a quarter million times one person. We stood as one powerful tool. We stood up but then too many of us thought it was over and we sat back down. It's not over.
If you've got questions, or better yet, answers; If you've got a group of voters you think I should speak with; If you are able to contribute time, or money, or contacts or advice - please click here to contact me. If I am way too busy to respond, that will be a good sign, but I will get with you.
I want you to be certain of who you trust to represent you in Lansing. Who will work with me to make a better future?
When you don't vote, we don't count.
When we don't act, nobody listens. |
